You can choose any one of our training packages that best suits your athletic goals, and your schedule. Athletes will choose from a set of programs that progress in 2 week increments, starting with our 6-week program. The programs are this long because the human body needs 4-8 weeks to see significant changes in strength, power, speed, agility etc. Becoming a better athlete is not an overnight process. Sessions will be held 3 times per week on days of your choosing. You can choose whether or not you would like Private or Group sessions as well. Although we have several placebo training programs you can also choose an "A-La-Carte" program; that allows you to "custom make" a program. Although Unrivaled Competitive Athletic Training has a dedicated field we can use we are also a mobile training company. We can train at your local High School, College, Field or Gymnasium.
Each training session will encompass 1 of 4 areas of concentration, or any combination of the four. Each area of concentration has hundreds of drills and exercises with varying degrees of difficulty to maximize our athletes performance during competition.

- Core strength & stability, Balance, Acceleration & Deceleration, Agility, Speed and Body Control. All of which translate to an athletes speed and ability to change direction.
- Sport-specific Drills, Skills Footwork & Techniques. To Help the athlete translate the developing attributes of elite agility, body control, strength & speed to movements they will be executing during competition. While also learning skills, techniques and "tips & tricks" to help the athlete excel during competition
- Hand-Eye Coordination & Reaction Time. For an athlete, being able to react as fast as possible to visual stimuli is paramout to success. So why not train yourself to react faster and train your eyes to "see and decipher" more information.
- Strength, Power, Explosiveness & Sport-specific cardiovascular conditioning. An athletes success teeters on their ability to meet and excel their peers in size, strength, power production and cardiovascular fitness.
Session Set-up
- 10 to 15 minute warmup including Dynamic Stretch routine and Core Activation/Injury Prevention (Core Activation/Injury Prevention are tailor made for each Athlee)
- 1 Hour of exercise and drill work based on selected concentration(s).
- 10 to 15 minute Cool Down Stretch

- 3 sessions on flexible days. (Make up on Saturday)*

10 Week Program
- 3 sessions on flexible days. (Make up on Saturday)*
- Session times will be scheduled with your trainer.
- 30 total sessions at $60/session. ($1800 total cost)
12 Week Program
- 3 sessions on flexible days. (Make up on Saturday)*
- Session times will be scheduled with your trainer.
- 36 total sessions at $55/session. ($1980 total cost)
A-La-Carte Program
- Best fit for when the athlete is is school or in season and can only meet once or twice per week
- $70/session
- 1.5hr sessions mostly comprised of skill work
- Choose the number of sessions per week (ranging from 1 to 5 sessions)
- Choose dates and times of session (first come first served basis)
- Sessions will be tailor made to serve the chosen area of focus for that specific session (I.e. one session can be completely centered around one concept/theme; and the next session focus on a completely different concept/theme or a combination of a few concepts/themes.
Sport -Specific Skill Programs
Each sport-specific skill program follows the same basic structure as the Weekly programs. I.e. number of sessions per week, flexibility of session time and date. However, ALL of the drills, skills, techniques, and exercises will be dedicated to one sport. Whereas with the weekly programs there is equal time given to overall athletic development and sport-specific training respectively, skill programs will be purely focused on skill development within that sport. Each skill program is 10 weeks long to ensure that the athlete has ample opportunity to train, recover and see the fruits of their labor.

- Football: Wide Receiver, Running Back, Quarterback, Offensive Line, Defensive Line, Linebackers and Defensive Back
- Basketball: Guard, Swingman, Big man, Shooting, Dribbling, "Elite" scoring moves and Finishing.
- Soccer: Strikers, Forwards, Midfielders, Defending, Goalkeeping, Shooting, Passing, Attacking and Ball control.

Payment
- We accept Checks, Debit cards, Credit cards, Paypal., Square, and Venmo (Payment will be handled by the trainer with Square or the Paypal or Venmo mobile applications, checks will be electronically and securely deposited when received)
- A deposit of half of the selected program price is due at the first session of the program. The remaining balance is due before the last session of the program.
- 24 hour notice is required for all session cancellations and rescheduling. This goes for trainers and athletes alike. Refunds will only be given upon cancellation of the ENTIRE PROGRAM. Refunds for cancellation of entire program will be the sum of the remaining incomplete sessions. Otherwise, missed/cancelled sessions will be rescheduled or you will be given a complimentary session. Your program can also be put on hold if you will be gone for an extended period of time.
